After a few orders, Shipped Gear can keep regular boxes, mailers, labels or tape back for you. It is not a corporate contract. It is a practical shelf note that stops a bookshop, candle maker or clothing seller losing their usual size to a one-off rush.

Best for sellers reordering the same two or three lines.
Works with collection or local delivery.

Local Delivery

Dundee Runs On Tuesday And Thursday

Local delivery runs Tuesday and Thursday within 18 miles of Dundee city centre. The delivery charge is £7.50, or free over £90 excluding VAT. Orders to Perth, Arbroath, Forfar and St Andrews are grouped once a week on Wednesdays with a £140 minimum order.

Same-day delivery is not offered outside Dundee.
Pre-book where possible so bulky cartons can be loaded sensibly.
Collection remains fastest for orders placed before 11:00am.

Sourced Sizes

Plain Cartons Sourced For Products That Have Settled

Non-stock carton sizes normally take 3 to 5 working days if held by the mill, or 10 to 15 working days if cut to order. Custom plain-size box sourcing carries a £35 setup search fee, then is quoted per run.

Send internal size, product weight and how it is protected.
Say whether the parcel must stay large letter or small parcel.
Include likely monthly use so the run can be priced honestly.
Mill minimum quantities apply and are confirmed before quoting.

Payment

Simple Terms, No Mystery Portal

Payment is card, bank transfer or cash on collection. The counter has a card machine. Fourteen-day accounts are only offered after three paid orders, so both sides know the buying pattern before a small account is opened.

Minimum counter order is £25 excluding VAT.
Custom printed tape needs a 50% deposit.
Custom printed tape has a minimum run of 72 rolls.

What We Turn Down

Clear Edges Make Ordering Faster

Courier Booking

Shipped Gear does not book couriers or compare parcel rates. Bring your own postage setup and use the packaging to make it behave.

Specialist Regulated Packaging

Food-contact packaging, medical packaging and dangerous goods cartons are outside the range.

Loose Fill

Polystyrene loose fill is not stocked. Ask for tissue, paper void fill or a better-fitting carton instead.

Tiny Custom Print Runs

Custom print jobs under 500 mailers or 72 tape rolls are not taken on. Plain stock is usually the better answer at that scale.
